A great lobby, and fine and friendly staff, and a decent restaurant although few people seemed to eat there. My particular room however had a small bed (not even a double that they pulled down from an opening in the wall). From the strong smell, the smoke free room wasn't always that way. I requested a wake up call on two days and the phone never rang either time. The walls are thin and I could hear the TV from the adjoining room clearly as well as the elevator. I guess I would say it is a nice hotel to visit but you wouldn't want to stay there.
