      <title>Nightmare!</title>

      <description>We reserved a room for our son and his family using our credit card.  After they drove up from Massachusetts, the front desk refused to let them check in, because they hadn't brought their credit card, even though they offered to pay in advance with cash.  &#xD;
&#xD;
On top of that, when we called to clear up the situation, they explained that they were going to keep the entire room charge on the card until I threatened to report them to their merchant account.  It was "their policy".&#xD;
&#xD;
If they had mentioned the policy when we made the reservations, or if they'd made half an effort to fix the problem or even apologized, I wouldn't be writing this review.  &#xD;
&#xD;
I called after the weekend to complain about the hostile attitude and poor communication, but the front desk as so far refused to connect me to the manager.&#xD;
&#xD;
It might be a nice hotel, but having been on the receiving side of such arrogance, I've would never reserve a room there again.</description>
