First of all, there is no complimentary breakfast. There is a tiny message on the website saying that it was cancelled but it shouldn't be advertised anymore that there is one. It also states it in the condo info. book. The wireless internet can only be accessed at the office.

The kitchen was not well equipped. It had one small frying pan with the non-stick surface almost off. The bowls it had were half the size of regular cereal bowls. The electric can opener was disgusting. You might want to bring your own dish soap as well. It's great to have a stackable washer/dryer because there is no maid service, unless you want to pay extra, so the towels provided won't last a week. Our boys had the bedroom next facing the hall and since the walls are paper thin they were awaken by people and kids running down the hall. They were a little disappointed not having a t.v. in their bedroom. It was nice that they had their own bathroom. Our bedroom was nice but the carpet looked like it needed some serious cleaning. The mattress felt like a box spring. The whirlpool tub was a small tub with some jets. The small triangular shaped patio had 3 chairs but there was no way three people could sit out there. Although the view of the ocean was pretty good.

We did enjoy the large pool and hot tub. We also liked playing tennis. I would have liked to have stayed right in Key Largo, because it was a bit of a drive to get to anything.

Look elsewhere if possible

Beware of the ants! Don't leave any crumbs after eating in the room or you'll find an ant colony later. The floors weren't vaccuumed well, especially under the sofas & tables. Appliances, furniture, and decor are definately outdated. Our 3 yr old daughter enjoyed the pool and the tiny beach. The free breakfast isn't good (bread & juice). We found that there were nicer and less expensive rooms further south (Islamorada and lower keys). If you think you'll save $$ by making your own meals, forget it -- just stay at a hotel. You'll pack less stuff, you'll be taken care of (no cleaning up like here) and I'm sure you can find a better atmosphere to put your money to.
