They had a great time staying there. They loved the pool area the best. We had several eating areas at the hotel to pick from. They have great babysitting service. Our youngest stayed there while we took our oldest to Universal Studios for the Haunted Houses. Our youngest didn’t want to leave. She had a great time. My nine month old was not able to enjoy the three story slide, and my room by the pool did not lend to him sleeping well. The staff was helpful. I wanted to prepay ahead of time and it was difficult to get into the hotel lobby because of their security policy. I believe they need another policy. I paid for a non profit group so there is no credit cards allowed with our group and it was a hassle to reserve three rooms and pay for them on the spot. This was our 3rd visit to this great hotel. Check-in is hassle free and the staff is always there to make you comfortable. We took a friend and his daughter this time and he was amazed how every single staff member will greet you from concierge to ground maitenance. Food in the court could be a little better. I have found the price of the character breakfast is worth it in order to gain a better menu. The hotel is ALL ABOUT THE KIDS!!! If you are a kid at heart though you will love it all the same.
