The staff was very nice! I became very close with the bellhop. He knows how to ring my bell! The beds were very comfortable and flexible. The showers were very steamy! I've never had such a grip on things until I stayed at this hotel. I did not feel secure that things would be done as I had requested. I did however use their dining area but the food was so so and pricey. The room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room safe didn't lock and the TV remote didn't work upon arriving. Staff resolved these issues quickly by swapping out the safe and bringing a new TV remote within 10 minutes of our reporting the problem and then they left chocolate golf balls for the kids as a "sorry for your troubles". We didn't like that the fridge was very small and there was no microwave, breakfast was not included, and that you have to pay for internet access. The comforter and curtains are a little outdated; needs upgrading. However, the hotel and the location was really nice. I truly love their landscaping and pool area. It's outstanding!! The security there isn't great when I discovered that my digital camera was stolen by the housekeeper.
