Stay away! Mice in Room

Stayed there ½ a night. Boulder Station was full so we walked across the parking lot to the Motel 6. They had a room for $52.00 for that night so we took it. The first room they gave us was OK but it was right on the highway and the noise was rather loud, so we asked for a quieter room. We entered the second room to a very strong and unpleasant smell so I went back to the office and told them about the smell and asked for a third room. The new room was three doors away from the second room and seems to be a room fine for the $50 dollars. We went to bed and woke up about 4 in the morning to a rustling of plastic. I slowly looked at the nightstand. I saw a fast moving blur in the dark. I turned on the light to find a plastic bag holding some treats had been chewed in to about a foot from my head. When I called the front desk to tell them that they have mice in there rooms they first asked if I wanted another room. I said “no way! It is 4 in the morning, I am wide awake and all I wanted to do is get out of this hole of a hotel.” She offered me $20 off the price I paid for that night. To me that was a joke. She then offered a future free night and I said I would never use it. She offered me $30 dollars off the bill and at this time all I wanted to do is to get out of this room so I said fine knowing that that was a slap in my face. We left as fast as we could. Later I contacted the corporate office to tell them the story and they could not believe that they did not compensate me the full price of the room. They said that they would get all my money back and still give me a free night in any Motel 6. I am still waiting to here about my bill from the hotel. Thinking about the smell in the second room, I now think it could be a dead mouse in the room that they might of poisoned a week or two early.

price problem

the price i was told over the phone, was not the actuall price, and I'm not talking tax and fees, I'm talking $25 more per night. The employee was confused over the phone but spoke english well, my advise to you would be to make your reservation ONLINE!

It is a great place if your have a dog. If you don't have a dog, just stay at Boulder Station Casino, cheaper & safer.

Bad customer relations ship.... they don't provide what ever they promise or at least they are not able to provide with your bookings. Even the manager sucks, who doesn't know how to speak to customers. BIG NO NO to M6.
