The staff was overall very good. They really helped out when the lock on my door froze because of the cold, they got me back into my room quickly. My cats were accomatated nicely. The only reason we had to stay there was because all the other motels in the area were full due to people having to leave their homes due to flooding. The bedspreads were filthy and I had to go to Kmart and purchase a new bedspread. The front office wasn't open to give us any clean blankets. The bathroom was very, very dirty. The whole place was a mess. We complained to the lady at the front desk and she sent someone in the next day to clean up the place but it didn't help much.
