Facilites were as expected from a Crown Plaza. The service was very disappointing. Check in staff made us feel that we were bothering them. Not busy at the time. The real problem was with room service in the morning. Ordered pot of coffee for 2, and 2 bagels. Not hard to get this right. After 1 hour and 3 phone calls, it is delivered. No cups, no sugar, no cream, and no knife for the cream cheese for the bagels. Another phone call and another 20 minute wait. This was not worth the $19.00 charge. Told the desk on check out and was told no manager available and they would pass on my comments. The location is perfect for Disney but you need a car. Very nice and quiet after a busy day at the parks. The staff was great, the pool was warm and great. The hotel itself was not very busy - which was very nice! The beds are very comfortable. The suite was perfect size for four.
