Do not recommend. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to go to my nieces sweet 16 party and had to stay in the area. My sister suggested this hotel but I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive though the reviews were written in 2006! I checked in and had to go to the party as they were cleaning the room. When we finally came back, the place ready. The bathrooms were VERY clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, it was quiet, comfortable and very reasonable for the money. There was breakfast in the morning consisting of bagels, cereal, mini muffins, coffee, juices and instant grits. No, it wasn't a fabulous buffet, but hey, it was clean, comfortable and hot coffee in the morning. And the staff was nice and pleasant. That's digging deep for something I liked about it.Drug deals in the parking lot, shady characters everywhere. Unsafe environment. Upon parking I observed a shady character in a BMW without a license plate who was watching the parking lot and appeared to be looking for something to break into. I waited 30 minutes to see if maybe he was waiting to pick somebody up - he only rolled up his tinted windows. While waiting I watched two other characters do a drug deal in the parking lot. Then Pony Tail showed up with his entourage and went inside, I did not feel safe enough to risk getting out of my car - and did not.
