We were in room 309. the room had mildew on the bathroom walls, around the ceiling fixures and severely inside of a picture in the room, and in the ceiling around a light fixure near a window and above the ac/heating unit. we reported the issue to management who said that they would give us another room. We left the motel and returned 1 hour later and was told that there were no more non-smoking rooms, but they had cleaned the room. We entered the room to the strong smell of bleach that had been used to clean areasthat which we had shown them before leaving the motel. The picture had not been removed and none of the mildew that was in the ceiling had been cleaned. Due to there being an event on tallahassee there were no other rooms available and thereby we were forced to stay to the tune of $251.00 without an apology except, I fix it. The Patels (management) certainly will never recieve a penny that I struggle to acquire. Certainly anyone with severe respriation problems can become very sick. Please, choose wisely in staying in this hotel, however, note the Americans employed there were EXCELLENT, even the Maid apologized over and over again.
