That day we were with some friends that live in Marco Island, and the ladies at the front desk saw a big group at the entrance of the Hotel, they assume that everybody was going to be in the Hotel. So when I was to check in, the lady at the front desk told me that it was only allowed two adults and two children in the room, I answered that those people were my friends and they were living, her answer was, that they charge for using the installation, I told them OK. What these people started doing was locking the side door and chasing us everywhere. That day was a nightmare, we got paranoid, we were thinking that were being followed everywhere. I think they do that because we are Hispanic. I filled out a survey they have, with all my concerns and they never answer. They should be worry about this because these people at the Front Desk have a horrible costumer service; they never were friendly to us even though the situation. From the time the doorman greeted us until we left every one one on the hotel staff was pleaseant and friendly. Even though check-in was at 3 we were taken up to a great 1 bedroom suite. The only negative part of Sunday and Monday was that the he weather was cool. So instead of going to the beach (which was windy and cold), we went to some outlet stores about 15 minutes away. There is also a movie theatre in walking distance. We spent Tuesday, wed and Thursday on the beach . The beach staff was great. It was a very nice touch to be served a sorbet at 3. We collected some beautiful shells. It could not have been more relaxing. Before going upstairs at around 6 we stopped at the pool/ hot tub . Did some laps . The pool had very few people in it. It was heated to a lovely 80 degrees. We left Thursday as we had to be in Tampa Friday morning. The front desk graciously alloed us a late check -out (4 PM) as no one was coming into the room. Very attentive and friendly staff here. 2 bedroom suite was very spacious & always kept very clean. Wonderful furnished patio was nice for sitting out in the evening. Pool was never crowded and it too was always clean. Good birth control! Nice hotel for families. Pool was small. Staff was very nice. Everything is pricey at the hotel, but we bought groceries at the store and used the in room kitchen a lot. The valet parking was a real treat. The lobby was beautiful. The room was wonderful with the seperate walk-in shower. The kitchen was well equiped for light cooking even including a dishwasher. The view was great. The beach and pool service made us feel like queens. We were treated wonderfully by everyone at the resort -- and that's a lot of people! Even in the off-season, there's a sizeable staff. The suite was very clean and well-serviced, the amenities were top notch, and the beach was great. There was no noise from adjoining suites and neighbors.
