Management was unprofessional and rude. After checking in on a 7-day reservation we were told that the room they had given us had been previously reserved by someone else, and we would have to be switched to another (more expensive) room. After checking out, my credit card was billed for unauthorized charges. This was a nightmare experience. Mall is a couple of exits south on I-65. Breakfast buffet is typical but their 'happy hour' on Monday through Wednesday evenings is a plus. While there we enjoyed pizza, hot dogs and chicken croissants (one selection each day) with salads, chips, soda and beer served daily. Staff was friendly. The patio, pool (well maintained) and the rocking chairs on the front porch were very accommodating. Grilling is also available (which we did) and there was no hassle.
