HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN

The parking situation is bad, have to pay each time you come and go unless you want to pay a extremely high price for valet. The customer service was rude. Couldn't even get our key cards to work. Had someone smoking marijuana on the same floor and could smell it all down the hall. Save your money!!!!!

Leaving.Management and most of the staff.“My husband and I stayed here twice this year, and each visit was extremely disappointing. The general manager is clueless. On our first visit, I filled out the guest survey, and she sent us a letter for an upgrade to a suite if we gave them another chance. You would have thought they would have made some kind of note on our account to make sure that our every need was taken care of for our visit. Not the case. Called room service and asked for a bottle of champagne. The rep said that she didn't have the liquor cabinet key, and she wasn't going to be able to do that for us. Not one attempt to resolve the situation, or just say of course, and figure it out on her own. Our room was not properly cleaned. Empty Champagne bottle left in room, chairs askew from the table. Countless of things. But what made me more upset than anything was how the general manager handled the complaint. Not only that but the President of the company wasn't much better, and gave her employee the way out, instead of apologizing for her general manager behavior. If you want decent hotel service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!”

Classy and relaxing

pros: Perfect atmosphere for conversation, sophisticated drinks, fantastic decorWe enjoyed a lovely happy hour at Harry's last night after hitting an afternoon matinee. We had shrimp cocktail and a few speciality drinks. The shrimp were large and of good quality and came with a tasty cocktail sauce (as opposed to the kind that tastes like ketchup). Between the three of us we had a lemon drop, a sidecar, an (intercourse-silly Citysearch editing) in the city, an orange crush (I think), and a Colorado bulldog. All were sophisticated and elegant, served up martini style. We did not care for the (bleep! naughty word!) in the city which was so sweet that it crossed the line into cloying but if you like a very sweet drink then that is the one for you. True, the drinks are not cheap. But they are quite strong so not to worry, you get plenty of booze for your buck. At any rate, it isn't the sort of place you go to down a ton of drinks and get very drunk and loud. It's more of a place to enjoy a civilized cocktail with a few good friends and still be able to walk in a staight line when you leave. The decor was the most fun. I agree with the 1950's Vegas lounge characterization. Lots of mod geometric shapes and reds/oranges. Very clean-looking and very chill. The only thing that annoyed me was the huge flatscreen TV which I thought detracted from the look and feel of this smart little place. It isn't meant to be a sports bar. But overall, loved it. Will definitely be back.
