This is a hotel/hostil. People were up all night hanging out, drinking, etc. The front desk was very polite. He put us in a upstairs room in the very back. Thought it would be quiet until we kept hearing banging and loud voices through the night. Th

Stayed for 3 nights in March, 2009. This place is more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Noise into the wee hours of the morning, right in a flight path over LAX. Neighborhood fine, as long as you don't walk outside... Dead bolt lock hung half detached from our room door, no hand towels stocked as a matter of course, refrigerator freezer frosted over, crusty ice trays of an indeterminate age. "Suite" is just having a wall in the middle of the room, decor out of a horror movie -- Hawaiian print curtains, plaid bedspreads. Limited TV - not even ESPN or CNN, in the one room of the "suite" that had a TV. Will not be returning.

this hotel had 5 rooms rented. you can see this due to all rooms are located on catwalks. we slept standing up. clothes on . paint peeling from ceiling. ants in bathtub. room smelled of mold. very bad. was advised by employee not to walk street as was bad area. drunken women walking in hotel courtyard area, very drunk and bruised, known by name, to front desk. she seemed to have a regular room there. i took this room because i had 8 hours between flights, connecting from tuesday night to wednesday morning. i should have stayed at airport. would have been cleaner. this was my first visit to a on line website. probably my last. it was no way worth the money i spent. best part was the van to and from airport.

We stayed for 2 nights, March 21 and March 22, 2008. The rooms were very large and clean. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The pool was amazing! Even though the free breakfast was just blueberry muffins and coffee, the muffins were home-made, hot from the oven and delicious. The free fresh-baked cookies in the afternoon were very good. Combine that with .99 margaritas, free champagne, free popcorn and free evening appetizers and this was a very good value. I have recommended it to all of my family, friends and co-workers

The security was so bad we hardly slept all night. We would've slept better just staying at LAX terminal. Door knocking and partying continued loudly throughout the night and we received a call at 4:30AM looking for someone (presumably one of the dozens of party people). This should be a negative star rating. Wish I had read reviews before booking!

This place is a DUMP. I wish I had read the reviews before I stayed here. The rooms are filthy, towels were dirty. I went to the store and bought my own towels & sheets. The bed was hard as a rock. The frontdesk personel were rude. The Rolls Royce in the picture hasn't been registered since 1996, and is just sitting there. It probably doesn't run. This is a step above sleeping on the street.

Absolutely revolting.
No hot water.
Curtains were broken (no privacy).
Parking was very difficult.
Customer service was rude & sarcastic. And the one thing that topped it all was the family of roaches (yes plural) that crawled on my free "breakfast".I would not stay here again.

I am not even sure where to begin. A group of friends, together for spring break to visit a friend who was working as a missionary, her quarters were much nicer than ours and she had a room condemned for toxic mold. This was so terrible it was humorous and we made a video to prove that we survived and gave a lovely e-tour. The website showed this amazing picture of a pool with hottub, not the case, it also showed that it appeared to be safe, again, not the case. This is in a really rough neighborhood. The windows are clearly just shards of glass, no double payned windows here! The window air conditioner kept falling out throughout the night and I hit the deck thinking that I was being shot at while the gals in the other room just prayed and commented that I was probably dead. The lighting was... special. It appeared to have some sort of a delay as you could count to 5 after hitting the switch before it would turn on. Taking a shower was most certainly how the Adventurer! got its name, it was quite the adventure to have a small mexican man stand outside watching your every move. There were also blood stains on the lamp shade. None of the furniture matched nor did the artwork. It truly looked like they went to salvation army and picked up whatever was on sale. The breakfast as you may have already read includes WORLD FAMOUS BLUEBERRY MUFFINS! The idea was good, I requested a little butter for mine and the man returned with an industrial sized bucket of butter and a spoon for me to "dip out what ya need" DO NOT TRY TO WALK TO THE LIGHTRAIL, YOU PROBABLY WILL DIE!

This hotel is one to avoid. The staff was rude, the furniture was rotting, I don't think the room was cleaned before I came, and a window was broken in my bathroom. Plus, the ceiling was so thin, I thought my room was being broken into when the person above me entered their room. I ordered roomservice and it never came. I never saw the other amenities.

This place was Dirty with a capital "D." Believe the other reviews listed here; I respect myself less as a person for having stayed here during my 9 hour layover. The hallway was filled with bags of garbage and broken furniture when we arrived. Room had too many problems to list but my favorite was the water that shot out from behind the wall when I ran the shower. Front desk told me that because I complained, I would have to wait ten minutes longer for them to call the shuttle. Free buffet consisted of white rice, french fries, tater tots and old tortilla chips! In a two block walk, I was approached by four beggars. . . two were too high to speak coherently. Customer service was horrible to put it in a nutshell. Save yourself some cash and just stay at the bus station or the homeless shelter, either would be cleaner, friendlier, and more comfortable.
