My husband and I stay here everytime we visit Little Rock. The staff is helpful and we have never had a problem with service. You can tell that it is an older hotel but you really won't mind.

My first time in Little Rock and I couldnt have chosen a better place to stay! the Legacy is a great hotel with friendly and attentive staff, beautiful rooms and delicious meals all day! They really do make you feel right at home.

Above all, the Legacy has a fantastic location. Very close to all the major sites and nightlife spots.
This is a great hotel and terrific value for money. I will definitely return!

Great place to stay!

I stayed at the Legacy while attending a conference in Little Rock. The hotel is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get to the conference as well as downtown for Little Rock's nightlife. I had a pleasant time in the Legacy's bar, and was impressed to see that they even had Pernod - hard to find, especially in hotel bars! I highly recommend this hotel - great price, great staff, great experience!

Great place to stay and conveniently located

This hotel definitely has a lot of personality, not just your run of the mill chain. Really friendly staff, here you can receive some of that "southern hospitality." Near all downtown bars and restaurants, and the riverfront. Also, you can eat at the Fillibuster's Bistro, the restaurant in the hotel, I recommend the greek salad and the cheeseburger. yum.

Very disapointed

My 17 Month old daughter found and old piece of food in the room and she broke out in hives and rashes.. I took the piece to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and still havent heard from one. I am very disappointed in the manangement and I want some kind of compensation or another night on them for my troubles.

Terrible on all accounts

We booked three rooms at this hotel and it was a nightmare. We recieved smoking rooms. We booked non-smoking. When we asked if we could move, they had no other rooms. Sunflower seeds and popcorn kernels in the bed. No towels and we were never brought any when we went to the desk to ask. Staff simply said they were out. Next morning, same statement. Hair and dirt in the bathroom floor. The carpets and floors throughout the building were absolutley filthy. The staff was of no help whatsoever with any of these dillemas. Continental breakfast? No way. Out of that as well. Bistro was advertised to open at 7:00 a.m. throughtout the hotel. Staff said they weren't opening at all. What a shame. This hotel has the potential to be one of the nicest in LR, however that can not be accomplished when you employ young people who have no customer service skills and an "I could care less attitude". The owners of this establishment need to take inventory and clean house. In more ways than one.

We love the Legacy, it was very clean and in a very good place. The rate was very good, We were there to see our grandson who was in childrens hospital, and the legacy staff catered to our needs. We will be visiting again some time. Thank you Nick for helping us.

Don't stay here

This place was probably charming at one time, but now it is very dirty and in disrepair. We have stayed there twice due to child having ongoing outpatient treatment at Arkansas Children's Hospital. On the first occasion, our room was dirty -- everything very dusty, cobwebs in lamps, frost in fridge freezer so bad that top shelf could not be used.

We decided to give them one more chance on our next visit to see if it was a fluke. We turned on bathroom sink and water immediately started pouring out from underneath. They switched us to another room, the same one we had two seeks before. It did not appear to have been cleaned (same frost and cobwebs). I walked around the hotel halls on that visit and it all seemed very deserted and neglected. Also trash in parking lot and security seemed to be totally lacking. It seems to be in a deserted area and parking lot is open with no monitoring. Also, front door is not watched carefully. In fact, the second time we checked in, we couldn't find the front desk staff in spite of looking and calling out. He came down from another floor after about 5 minutes.

The desk staff were sweet and tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling they were kind of overwhelmed and not getting much support or direction

Do not stay here.

This hotel is old, dirty, and brokendown. The front desk had incorrect information for my stay. The rooms are small and musty smelling. Bathroom is old and the shower is terrible. The air conditioner was very loud, and the room was dirty. It is a historic landmark, but it is not charming. I will not return.

Beautiful Historic Building

The building is lovely, but in some dis-repair. The Service Staff is friendly and they will really treat you well. It's a bit pricey which leaves you wondering what all you're paying for. The cafe' has a terrific chef, even though the kitchen could be cleaner.
