It was a wonderful stay! We were in a room near the pool, the kids loved it! The staff was great, the rooms were clean and the room was perfect for our six night stay. I felt very safe in this location, and didn't feel like I had to worry about my children wandering around the hotel alone. It was great! Their rooms were nice but their elevator wouldn't work, and they never answered their phone when I called for an airport shuttle. I stay at this hotel because of their proximity to the airport and their free shuttle and when I called for a shuttle, the phone just rang and rang. Then I called my husband on his cell phone and he tried to call the front desk from our room and it just rang and rang also. My husband ended up going down to the front desk to ask them to please come and pick me up at the airport. I have never had a hotel offer a free service and then have it with so many problems. The hotel was clean for the most part, and the employees were help full. But power went out in the room while we were getting ready in the morning for close to a half an hour. It is not located in a very nice spot and the parking is so small and unlighted I was worried about my car being broken into during the night.
