The rates were a little higher than other hotels nearby but I thought it worth it because of the location and ammenities. When we checked in we were told the pool/hot-tub was being worked on and was not available. They did not know for sure how long it would take. Since we were busy at a conference for several days we hoped it would be fixed soon. Our stay was 8 days and we never saw anyone work on these once. My wife even asked to sit by the pool in the sun and was not allowed to do this. One of the staff told my wife the pool/hot-tub had been closed and locked up for 4 months and no one had been in to repair it yet. The breakfast also has gone downhill in recent years with less selections. It was very convenient to my meeting and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part. I personally found the mattress a little hard.
