It was kid and family friendly and the 24 hour pool and spa was a plus. The breakfast was really good too. The business center was such a welcome suprise, since I did not bring my laptop. It was a home away from home. We felt comfortable and secure. The people were so nice and helpful! The only issue was with the check-in process. I arrived at 4 pm and they said they hadn't cleaned my room yet and asked me to come back in an hour. I returned at 5:15 pm and the room still wasn't ready. My room wasn't finally ready until 6:30 pm. Other than that, the stay was great.
