The room was clean but in need of some serious updates. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Our room was next to ice machine. People were using the ice machine all night long and it kept us awake. There was no table in the room for kids to eat or color. The room we had was awful. The tub had mold growing around the edges as well as the sink. The room had a very bad smell. We were not happy with this hotel at all. When we went to back to the office, we had to argue just to get our money back. They still tried to charge a cancellation fee.
