The property picture does not represent

The property picture does not represent the actual property on Lundy's Lane. Plywood replaces missing glass in the all glass, out of date check in area. The rooms are open to the heavy street traffic, with questionable furniture outside, double decker motel style badly in need of demolish or renovation, even bars on some windows, with a dark, poorly lit parking lot and a broken sign. I pulled out and checked in down the street. I've written to Wyndam Rewards where the same property photo is listed. Staff was friendly on the phone, negotiated 50% rate for my non-check in as I couldn't possibly let my children out of the car in that lot. Pool is smack in the middle of the parking lot, also open to the main street - not fair to post misleading photo!

No linen changes over three nights

No linen changes over three nights despite <20% occupancy each night. Fridge only froze and teetered on a broken foot when open. They no longer give receipt usable for visitor tax refund. This place used to be a value, but now it's just cheap.

Needs Updating! We stayed there one

Needs Updating! We stayed there one night, it was dirty and not kept up well. The windows were falling appart, floor was peeling up in bathroom, was a smell of mold. The a/c in the main room barely blew cold, the other one was OK. We stayed in the 1 Que. and 2 Dou., 2-room "suite". I HIGHLY reccomend you choose another hotel, spend the extra money, its worth it! One OK thing was the porch and chairs outside.

I have stayed at many hotels/motels for

I have stayed at many hotels/motels for business and vacation. This one was about the worst. Our room was very dirty. There were no amenities. The beds were very uncomfortable. The facility itself was old and dingy. We tried to find a different hotel the second night because we found a cockroach on the wall. Sorry to be such a downer - but i DO NOT recommend this place.

great room for the value

My first night I went to Niagra Falls, I didn't have a reservation anywhere. I went up and down Lundy's Lane looking for a good value. A lot of the cheaper hotels looked rather scarey looking. I ended up going to Knights Inn and the couple at the front desk was very accomadating. I didn't know when I went to Niagra Falls that it was a Holiday weekend there and I was worried about the noise factor. They put us in the bottom corner room that was away from the other guests. I was pleased with the stay there and it was a very quiet stay. It's been a year since I stayed there, but I do remember the room being quite large. The hotel and the room looked like it was kind of old, but it was clean and spacious. The next night I had a reservation down the street at the Comfort Inn annex and that was miserable. I was up the entire night because of paper thin walls. I had wished that I had stayed at Knights Inn both nights, because we had a much better stay there.
