The rooms are ugly and very dirty. The room was extremely hot and we received no help with the furnace even after several requests. The single person staff was not helpful at all. The parking lot was very scary and we were afraid to get robbed. We had to switch hotels the very next morning. We were forced to stay there when everything in town was booked up due to a Dairy Convention when we went for a Badger game. It was in a bad part of town and very scary.
