The pool area was in need of repairs. Some of the staff were pleasant but some were unhelpful and borderline rude......nothing impressive. The room was a perfect tempature and the view was breathtaking from our hotel room even in the winter.. the location was great and close to the casino which was nice and they also have a shuttle you can use in case you dont want to drive. Over all this is the nicest hotel that we have been to in a very long time. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony just watching the sun rise and set. Then the Moon rise and set. Then looking at the different moods of the lake. It is a quiet place too. The casino package is a Great thing they offer to their customers. The rooms are very clean and have been redone. The maid service is very prompt. The people that work the front desk are very friendly and very helpful to any need you want. We are going back up there in October for a color weekend,and we already booked 5 rooms for next September and hope to keep on adding more friends. What they say is true, The more the merrier. The only thing I see that can improve with the Kewadin is the Breakfast they offer should be revised. The bagels, and muffins aren't the best thing going.
