We've stayed here nearly a dozen times during trips to the Mayo Clinic. The people here know how to manage things for people who are here for medical procedures. They are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The wireless internet is free and utterly reliable. And, the restaurant is surprisingly good. We stay here every time.

Great location in downtown Rochester.

Great location in downtown Rochester. Connected to a skyway system which leads to a shipping mall with a great restaurant (Michael?s) and other hotels. This is great in the winter months so you can go out for dinner and drinks and not even bring a coat. The hotel is a full service hotel with 24 hour room service, 2 restaurants and a Starbucks. The hotel shows it age in the bathrooms, but the room was big, clean and comfortable. Check out their weekend packages?they are a great deal.

Overall, my experience was a positive

Overall, my experience was a positive one. I like the convience of having a nice restaurant located in the complex, the connection to Mayo Clinic, and the extras the motel offered on the premises. The parking lots for the motel were cramped, and a bit scary to navigate, though. I would definitely stay there again. As a patient at the Mayo Clinic, the convience of walking to appointments, without having to move my car was very nice.
