The staff was always so nice and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Nice bedding. It was great to have the large t.v. and internet access. Not only was the hotel nice, it was so convenient for enjoying the neighborhood. It's half a block from the mall (even though we didn't go). There are too many shops and restuarants in the area to begin to name. We had the best time looking in unique shops and eating at some great non-chain restuarants and cafes.
