We loved it! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and offers unbeatable value for Naples. Breakfast is included in rate and the beach is walking distance (I am a "walker" and I would say it's about a mile)...but for those who aren't walkers, it's a very short drive to the public beach (just down the street). One can rent lounge chairs on the beach for $5/day. We were not disappointed. It was quiet, yet close to everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was kind and considerate. The breakfast started our day, not huge, yet sufficient. The pool was small, however, we used our relatives pool anyway. The hotel surpassed my expectations. When we entered the room, the air was on low and the room smelled muggy & stale, so my 1st impression was mediocre. However, we turned up the air (it was really hot & muggy on the days we were there!) and settled in more comfortably. The room was clean, double beds were comfortable--we wanted a king-sized, but none available. Promised one the next day by woman we never saw again, so decided not to press the issue with other front desk help. Only problem was outside our room in the hall next door, strong urine smell (coming from carpet?). The higher the air conditionning, the less noticeable it became. Hotel close to GREAT restaurants (Bha Bha Bistro-Persian, Da Ru Ma -Japanese, Manna From Heaven - American Breakfast) and amenities within walking distance! The landscaping was beautiful, but the pool could have used a few more chaise lounges. The bathroom vanity area was a little small -- but hey, we're women ... we need a lot of room! Computers were available at no charge, which proved to be convenient when printing boarding passes. Everyone was polite, accommodating, and anxious to make sure our visit was relaxing and comfortable. While this is not a luxury (five-star) hotel, it is very clean, nicely decorated and a super value for the money. Location is excellent, close to everything but secluded enough to be peaceful. This was the first time my wife and I were able to get away in 2 years. We received a room with two double beds which we slept in separately. When I explained this to the front desk manager the next morning in addition to the major discomfort, he rudely shrugged his shoulders and denied me a refund for the second night.. He stated that they were at capacity and could not give ma a refund or change my room. My wife called the hotel a few hours later to discover that they had a room (with a king) available. We had no unpleasant experiences at the Inn. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk helped us plan a couple of daytrips one to the everglades. Breakfast was included in the room rate it was good , pleanty of fresh fruit.
