I was assigned a room on the lower level (think walk-out basement). The closest entry way had very steep steps and was quite dirty. The hallways on the lower level were also worn and dirty. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and the hotel staff graciously accommodated me. My third floor room was clean, odor-free and overall quite acceptable.
