NO...it does not have a pool or other fancy decorations but the beds are comfy...I have stayed there the last four years for the art fest. The owners are very friendly and with accomodate in any way they can. If you want a hot breakfast...walk next door to the Atherton Inn and go to their restaurant. I have always found my room clean and no dips in my mattress. We checked in at 3:30 on Friday afternoon with no problem. Then we went out for dinner and to see some friends. At 2 am we were rudely awakened by the owner telling us we had to leave because we never made a reservation. At two in the morning! They claimed they never received our check, and without telling us they gave our room to someone else, then accidentally checked us in that afternoon because they were "busy". And instead of finding another hotel for the people arriving at 2 am, they kicked us out. Not only did they not offer any apology or help us find another place to stay, but the owner was extremely rude about it, yelling at us over the phone, and refused to pay for a cab. And we learned this is not the first time this happened.
