The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We were met out front by the Guest Services clerk, who offered to help us with our bags. The night clerk on duty was very friendly and gave us a lot of help. The location was very quite and we were shuttled to places close by. It is far from some places in Denver, but located right off of the Interstate, which made it easy to get around. Service was excellent, and our room was clean and seemed newly redecorated. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was a bargain with the special rate (Drive-Inn Movie rate). The workout facility was top notch for a hotel. My only complaint was the hot tub -- way too small (and we had planned in swimming and hot tub time into our trip, so it was a little bit of a disappointment in that regard).
