I had to run inside and was too heated to ask for help and just asked where the parking garage was... there was no bellman in sight what-so-ever. Two fat women with horrible work ethic or etiquette were there to answer my questions. They were however more involved in the fun they were having behind the counter than helping my fiance & I. Before we ever booked the hotel, we went in to get information [personally] and were never called back 3 times like we'd been promised. I had to harass them to book my stay. RIDICULOUS. I will not recommend this place or stay here again. I can't even believe this is supposedly the "best stay in Rochester."
