He never smiled, he only ask me tree times without looking up if I made my reservations over the internet and would not listen to me. online travel website did make an error in my reservations by putting my friends name ( hwo I had traveled before with) as the contact person for the room. KURT said the only way I could ckeck in was for my freind to check me in. The hotel is very clean and classy. The rooms near the top of the building have excellent views of the city! The rooms are also comfortable and thoughtful. The staff is friendly and genuine. Parking isn't a problem and it's cheap ($10/day). Plus, there are many good restaurants in, connected to, or near the hotel. The only drawback is the pool area because it doesn't seem to fit the rest of the hotel. It's not quite as modern and luxurious looking as the rest of the hotel.
