Unfortunately, if you've had a long day, you won't be able to sleep at all because the air conditioner will wake you up every 5-10 minutes when it turns on. It was the loudest AC unit I've ever been around. There was no bathtub that I could bathe my 22 month old daughter in. The shower had no door, so the water ran onto the bathroom floor each time we took a shower. The room door did not close gently, it slammed each time you tried to close it. We realized this and stayed at the door to close it so it wouldn't slam, but no one else at the hotel did. It is ridiculous that we heard when people entered or left their room every single time. The last night we were there, there were several people going in and out of their room, leaving the pool, etc? They were being extremely loud so my husband called the front desk to complain. Our room was right across from the ice machine, but with the AC on, we could hardly hear it. Went down for free breakfast and if it had been fully stocked, it would have been amazing. At 9:15 (available until 10 am) and there was very little of anything left, including skim and 2% milk, orange juice and coffee. When I heard another guest ask for more 2% milk, he was told they were out. The coffee and cut fruit was not being replenished, although they did sporadically restock the bananas and apples and some dry cereal. There were not enough plates and bowls either. The set up for the breakfast area was good and they had tables available to sit at. Since they didn't have any more coffee, I decided to make coffee in the room, but had to call down for a coffee maker as our room didn't have one, but should have. I was most disappointed by the haphazard breakfast and learned upon check out, that one of the front counter staff was working the breakfast area on her own.
