The room service was lousy. They only had one ice machine. They had drink machines on every floor but could not find any snack machines. The air conditioning didn't cool the room like it should have. The water pressure in the shower could have been alot stronger. Everywhere you walked was uphill. The front of the a/c was falling off and propped up by a broken table. All bathroom hardware was loose. No exhaust fan. There WAS a hole in the wall with a grill over it that did NOT cover the mildewed crud hanging inside. The pool was dirty. Algea growing in and around every surface. The website said Fun Mountain (next door)was "The only theme park in Gatlinburg". It had been closed for 2 years. We had reservations for 2 nights, but checked out after one.
