I mentioned the security not being the best and even the employees agreed it was an unsafe place. The coffee maker in the room did not work, and all we did was sneeze the whole time we were in the room. If I had not paid for this room in advance I would have left at 11PM when we arrived. Nothing about this place seemed safe. As a guest, I was given one metal key to enter the doors connecting outside as well as a magnetic card-key to my room. The staff were nice enough, and the interior of the room was clean, though. I would recommend staying elsewhere nearby if you are in the area. No ammeneties, states they have suites when they do not. Rooms are very shabby, but clean. NO Pool. NO Microwave. No free breakfast. Even with a confirmed reservation for a specific price they will add fees to your rate, and will not credit them. Fees for things you may not want. Like unlimited local phone calls. Didn't want it. They would not budge. Have they heard there are cellphones today that over 50% of the population uses? I will be disputing with my credit card company. The lobby staff was very nice.The bad thing is this hotel looks very old and the rooms are very old looking. The bathtub had stains. The bathroom ceiling fan was falling off. The bed comforter was dirty. The hotel did not include a continental breakfast like other hotels include.
