The bedspread and blankets had mystery spots on them that looked like something that would have definately come out had they washed them. The heater took almost 10 minutes to start blowing warm air (it did eventually get hot) but was VERY loud. Sink water pressure was way too high - water kept getting all over everthing. I refused to sit in the chairs that were at the table because they were so stained and dirty.
