A Filthy, disgusting establishment!

This urine stanched, feces still in toilet--under the clean paper strip across toilet, stained carpeted, filthy, disgusting hotel has no place even being advertised with any other hotel/motel. Within 5 minutes or less we knew we could never lay our head down, never mind place our feet on their floor and immediately cancelled our 3 night stay. It says, "NO REFUND AFTER CHECK IN" for a reason. They held the first night's charge stating they would not give us a full refund. We are still trying to dispute this with the help of Orbitz. It was the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Shame on Orbitz, Travelocity and others for not screening these places better than this. We lost our first night's fee and when the Orbitz staff tried to reach the manager they told him that he wasn't in...we had just seen him on the property. We spoke to another guest who had witnessed our plight and reported switching rooms 3 times and just felt stuck there for the night. This motel just cannot continue to get away with this!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER EVER!

Their brochure is full of lies. Rooms are old with mirrored ceilings. There is no complimentary shuttle service to the casinos. You have to pay the shuttle guy 12 dollars each person, and he gives you a Comp. Certificate you have to trade in at the casino to get your money back. There are no coin or buffet packages as listed on their brochure. We waited 35 minutes over the time the shuttle was suppose to show and we wound up driving. They did not even have a telephone number for their own shuttle service! This place ruined the one night we had to have fun. The front desk people were mean and didnt care about anything we asked about. We even asked for the nearest liquor store and they sent us miles away when there was one right across the street! Room had crikets and bugs. Just the most unfriendly place I ever stayed. Pool was nice but right next to freeway and you get the feeling a car is going to fly off the freeway into pool. Very overpriced for shabby place.

Run Away

This place was terrible. It smelled and it was really dirty, we were afraid to even take a shower. I can only imagine what is crawling around in those walls of paneling. Learn from our mistakes, STAY AWAY!

My family selected this hotel because

My family selected this hotel because of the price. We paid $* a night for a saturday and sunday night at this hotel. The room had a very small bathroom, and the walk-in closet smelled like someone had urinated in it. The rest of the room was somewhat clean except for the carpet. It smelled musty and when we walked around in our socks, they became dirty very quickly. There were a few good things about this room. It had a microwave and refrigerator, and the sheets on the bed were clean and the bed was firm, but comfortable. All we wanted the room for was for a place to sleep and it served its purpose. A day after we selected and paid for the room online, the price was up to more than $*. I would NEVER pay that kind of money for this room. If the price is right for a future visit, we may consider this motel again.

Never again

The place is nasty, the bed was broken, and the showers were small. The smell of musk was everywhere. But the one thing that caused us to leave at 4 am was the fact that there was blood on the bed. Don't go there.
