I would rate it two and a half stars. The rooms and linens have been clean. I ave had to ask for a space heater during the winter. and It has been comfortable. The computer and printer in the lobbie are available 24/7. The poola snd hot tub seem clean. The food and prices in the hotel resturant are OFFAL! $5 or $6 for french fries. The bar looks like fun. One of the best thing is the location. Hospitals and malls etc are convenient. They give a nice Hospital discount. 'The desk people are good and bad depending on who's on shift. I suggest asking for ground floor if you have a problem with stairs. Make sure to get a map at the desk. It is easy to get lost with the hotel lay out.
