My husband and I rented a King room this last weekend. It was not clean, the sheets had stains on them and there was an old beer cap on top of the lamp. The bathroom accessories were not cleaned either. There was absolutely no art work on the walls and also no ice machine. There were chest freezers w/ bags of ice in the hallway!
