The staff is friendly. It is right in downtown Hood River, and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. The rooms are a little small, but the suites are roomy and nice. The masseuse recommended on the hotel website, Colleen at(541)490-3792, is amazing and charges a good price. It is remarkably well kept. A very quaint hotel complete with furnishing and decor from the early 1900. The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. The only draw back to the rooms was that they were quite small. Also no airconditioning was a negative.
