The staff was very friendly; the rooms were spacious and clean, and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were very good. There was a free shuttle to the metro which was very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool was a little cold, and the metro ride to the city is long. We found the hotel to be very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also found the breakfast to have a nice selection every morning. Our only minor complaint would be the lifeguard at the pool. He takes his job VERY SERIOUSLY; so much so that we were so uncomfortable that we stayed only for a brief time. In the twenty minutes we were there, he yelled at our two sons three times and hovered over them all the while my husband and I were sitting there. I am all for safety, but this was overkill. As a traveling family, the breakfast and evening snack worked very well for us and had enough variety to keeps us all happy (desire for junk from half our household and a desire for fruit and veggies from the other half). The kitchen in our room had a nice variety of utensils and dishes such that we could prep a simple "eat in" meal as we desired. Also, rooms were quiet - no noise from hall or upstairs. We even had a power outage (entire grid was knocked out) and they gave us all free ice cream!
