I have always found the staff to be VERY accomadating when you have any question, need, or problem. The rooms I've stayed in have always been very clean and organized. I love this hotel because it gives the true feel of home. No having to get up at the crack of dawn to go downstairs to get breakfast. No intrution of cleaning service everyday unlesss I request it. They come to clean the room every seven days. For extended stays I think they are the best. The apartment size frig, cookware, dishes, microwave, dish rack, toaster, coffeemaker, and stovetop are a plus too. Cable and televison are standard like most hotels. The hotel was conveniently located not far from there and had sufficient amenities for our short stay. If we come again, we will probably stay there. I have also been mugged and car jacked but here, I felt completely secure.
