Heck No

pros: NothingThis hotel was awful. When you enter the room, you will be intoxicated by a bad stench. Next, you will notice stains on your sheets and a dirty kitchen. If that was not enough, the fridge in your room will wake you up at least 4-6 times during the night. Finally, the sate of the bathroom is questionable at best aka - good luck. If all that was not enough, you will be greeted by a "friendly" staff member who will treat you like you don't matter. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who has a immune system.

Uncaring staff, dirty, unsafe

When we arrived, I was surprised at the small room size, and the worn furniture. There were no hand towels, no washcloths, and no hand soap. There were about 3 hangers in the closet (for an extended stay hotel?). There were crumbs on the carpet. There was one packet of creamer in the coffee basket. The mini-ice cube trays were only half full. The condescending girl at the front desk told me there were no ice machines, since the rooms had refrigerators. (I bit my tongue.) When I asked where I could buy some, she said, "There might be a place down the street." Gee, thanks,
About an hour after we went to bed, a couple in a nearby room had a screaming, door-pounding fight. We called the Front Desk, who said they'd send someone to check. No one checked, and no police were called. At about 1:30 a.m., the couple were at it again. We called the Front Desk, and the phone just rang and rang. We looked for a phone book to call the police, but there was only a Yellow Pages with no police/fire numbers. Someone must have called 911, because 4 police cars arrived a few minutes later. Believe it or not, neither the police nor the hotel employee removed the couple from the hotel. As of 10:30 a.m., when we checked out, they were finally being "removed". Since we booked through a pre-paid website, the manager refused to give us a refund, but did give us a certificate for a complementary night's stay. Good thing the certificate included all of the company's brands, because we sure won't be staying there again. Oh, and the lack of housekeeping supplies in the room was explained away as a late housekeeping shipment. Since the hotel wasn't full, maybe someone could have snagged some from other rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Cleanliness of room less than satisfactory.“More attention needed toward housekeeping, but the great staff and overall comfort made up for most of that. I would stay again if I needed an extended stay at a reasonable rate.”

For the Price of $1400. we felt we should have had toilet paper and the bathroom at least cleaned on our ONE day of service. Price gouging is not a pleasant experience., and hotel was not sold out.

This hotel was, buy far, the worst

This hotel was, buy far, the worst hotel room I have ever visited. The customer service was terrible. They booked us for a two bedroom suite, but had only single queen beds. The room was filthy, there were used wash rags from the previuos guests, no toiletries, and when I asked for an additional blanket so my travel companion and I could at least have our own blanket, it took 2 days! What a dissapointment. Look elsewhere.
