The first year was great so we went back for a second which was OK but this last year was horrible. The place is going into disrepair. The brand new water park was loved by the kids but 4 of the features were broken. The pool was constantly being closed for cleaning due to "accidents", which I guess is good but verry annoying. The elevators were constantly broken and 10 story walk up sucks with a 6 and 2 year olds, not to mention we got stcuk in it one morning. The rooms and funishings are showing thier age and need replaced. It seens like the golfcart going to the parking lot is either not manned or no where to be found when you have to get to your car. The safe in our room did not work and the response from the staff lacked a sense of urgency.“I think this is a nice hotel that adds a few extra touches to enhance your stay, but they could go a bit farther and make it excellent. I had a few issues that I addressed with the staff and they tried to help somewhat, but I got the feeling that my issues were not as important to them as they were to me.
