was very disappointed they didnt tell

was very disappointed they didnt tell us at checkin that the pool was shut down and my kids were very disapointed i called them and they didnt really say nothing . Would of never stayed there if i was told that the pool was down thats one of the most exciting things for kids and we dont leave town very often. So that really put a damper on things. thanks Nagore Ratcliff

For the price, this hotel is fantastic.

For the price, this hotel is fantastic. The check-in and ?out were very fast; the room was clean and the sheets were obviously changed daily; the pool was very clean. The outer building and hallways do show a little wear, but the rooms themselves were kept up and clean. The toilet made a running noise for a long while after flushing, but shutting the door pretty well helped that. Also, the people across the hall were a little loud, but things calmed down by about 10:30; we didn?t have to complain or anything. No free breakfast, but there is a room service that didn?t sound too bad. My primary pleasure about this place was that it was near everything we wanted to do and see; right on Main Street, it was easy to navigate and find our way back.

The hotel is well kept-up and the staff is very courteous and helpful. It’s very conveniently located south of downtown proper. I'd definitely stay there again.

It was a very convenient location, three minutes from the Salt Temple and thirty minutes from the ski resorts. The hotel was quite nice for the price and it offered some nice amenities such as an indoor pool and a whirlpool.

Hotel rooms were run down and in need

Hotel rooms were run down and in need to paint and new carpeting. Overall the linens were clean, the bathroom clean but the place was very tired. Although I was on crutches, they did not accommodate me and I was placed in the room farthest from the lobby. It was a tought few days.

About a year and half ago we stayed in a suite here, We decided that we would do it again. But this time it was awful. The room was old and tired. Upon check in the person helping as was rude. We told them the room was not up to par as the last time we stayed and they told us we were wrong. The maid did clean but not completely. I would not stay here again.
