Well I am certainly glad I stayed. The hotel desk clerk was friendly and helpful upon check in ,but the hit of the hotel for entertainment is Rita, bartender for lounge and restaurant, I travel the entire country and never have I been welcomed with such great personality and respect, she can make the worst of days a bright one. Rooms were okay for executive tower but definitely still need renovating. Priced resonable and in a great location- right off I-64. Well two weeks before check-in I needed to change the names on a few of the rooms. I called on a Friday and was told to call back on Monday, I called on Monday and left a message, then on Tuesday only to leave another message, and again on Wednesday, I never did receive a call back. Every person I have spoken to at the hotel was rude, and annoyed to help me. We occupied seven rooms total. My reservation was messed up. I arrived on a Friday, they had me arriving on Saturday. The grounds were in complete disarray. Two of our family members checked out and moved to Embassy Suites after the first night. The rest of us decided to tough it out. The bed was clean and comfy. And, not that well refurbished. It was clean enough. The A/C unit in our room didn't work. We called to ask someone to come up and when it wasn't fixable they wheeled a brand new unit into our room. It took 15 minutes to install. I've never had customer service like that before.
