The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. The only suggestion I would make is to expand the hospitality/conference room. It was too small and cramped for the comfort of the size of our group. It would be great for meetings or small social gatherings, but because of the size of our group, we just barely fit in and there were some comfort issues. Express for the third time because it offers easy access to I20 and the rest of the city including the outlet mall and "Cracker Barrel" just next door. I have booked this twice on Hotwire and have always been totally pleased with the stay. Staff is great, evening welcome and breakfast is good. Rooms are quiet, even though the parking lot was totally full at night I never heard anyone in either adjoining room.
