The beds did not have the great sheets, blankets and pillows like other Holiday Inn Express. The towels were hard and rough unlike other Holiday Inn Express. The location was miserable, it is on the edge of a terrible neighborhood with no way to enter the Hotel from the East bound lane without making a U Turn. The room was clean, but it had the worst pillows I ever slept on. It was a bit off the main areas and I had received wrong directions from the reservation clerk before I came. I think the price was to much considering it wasn't peak season. There were less than eight cars in the parking lot, but they put a family with running children right above me and they became unbearably noisy early in the morning. I had to check out earlier than expected because of this. Frankly, I feel I should have been compensated for this but was just told 'I'm sorry', while they handed me my bill. We planed a visit to the zoo, and thought the indoor pool would be nice for the kids. Boy were we wrong, the pool is only 4 1/2 feet deep. Be cautious of dishonest hotel employees. My daughter left her Game Boy in the room on the night stand. We went back to get the Game Boy and it was gone. This was within 1 hour of checking out of the hotel. When the cleaning lady was questioned about it she got very defensive, and said she didn't even know what I was talking about.
