The staff that was working during my stay was fantastic and when ever we asked for a thing, they were right on top of it. We heard every beat from the stereo, and every word from the girls talking about the breakfast and check-out time. Complained to the desk at 9;30, 10:00,10:30,11:20, then left at 11:43PM and was refused a refund!!!!!!! and was given the runaround about having to speak to the Mgr. returned the next AM, spoke to the Mgr, and was given another runaround having to call the people on duty last night and the manager (which her badge said). Still unresolved and they still refuse to give a refund. We left and stayed at the Comfort inn across the Hi-way. Bigger suite for the came price and dead silent in the rooms!!!
