We got into town about 11 AM and the room was not ready - so we went out to tour the town. We came back at 6 PM and was told the room was not ready. After I confronted them suddenly a room was ready. Stains on the walls, looked like mold. I have very bad allergies and had to check out of the hotel 1 day early. We had to stay overnight because we couldn't get on a plane and loved it! Very clean and comfortable. They had two soft and two firm pillows per bed. I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone. The 1st floor back entry hall smelled of cigarette smoke, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom was unkempt, i.e., grout was black with dirt and fixtures were rusted over, not to mention the toilet stopped up and over flowed. Coffee maker should not be in bathroom. The linen was upgraded that was good but if you upgrade you should have also been mattress pads as well. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast attendants rushed everyone out of the dining area. Breakfast ended at 1030 and 930, if guests come in at 1000 or 900 you don't stop putting out food because youre ready to go home. That' s just what one woman did. She also announced to everyone that she was closing up and if we wanted anything we should hurry up and get it. That's POOR customer service. My family and I will NEVER stay at your hotel again.
