The Staff was very friendly and the facilities have been updated with new pillows! The Waterpark was awesome and it was great for both of my kids 3 and 12! It was nice to get away from the it all in the Adults Hot Tub. It was very well staffed in the waterpark that made me feel safe for my children to be playing. The water was freezing! Our children spent more time in the hot tub than in the water park. When we asked about the cold water, we were told by the head life guard that the heater went out and there are no plans to repair it. The walls are paper thin and no rules are enforced anywhere within the property. Children were running the halls in the middle of the night, alcohol was everywhere and there were many minors drinking. This is definitely not a family destination, unless you want to drink a lot and watch other people's kids.
