Hotel is designed very well and is safe. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fantastic for a family of four. I have no complaints about this hotel and plan to make it my hotel of choice for any upcoming business meetings to Ann Arbor. The location was good, it was comfortable and the service was good except that the shuttle I was told was shut down at eleven o'clock every night and there was no set time for the driver to leave or pick up people.
